CHILL-IN handles your data carefully. This policy explains which data and cookies we use, why, and what choices you have.
What data do we process?
If you contact us (for example by email or a form), we process the data you provide yourself, such as name and email address, to answer your question. If you sign up for the newsletter, we use your email address solely to send that newsletter; you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email. For the secure demo portal we use a technical access cookie to remember that you are logged in.
Which cookies do we use?
We distinguish two categories of cookies.
Necessary cookies (always active)
These cookies are required for the website to function and fall under the legal exemption for which no consent is required.
- chillin_demo_access — remembers valid access to the secure demo portal (expires after 8 hours).
- NEXT_LOCALE — remembers your language preference (Dutch/English).
- Clerk session cookies — required to sign in on account pages.
Analytics cookies (only after consent)
We only set these cookies after you have explicitly given consent via the cookie banner.
- Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*) — helps us understand how visitors use the website.
- Vercel Analytics — aggregated, anonymized visit statistics.
